1. The service
Dayretak is a platform that connects you with shops, service providers and real-estate offices in your area, and organises ordering and delivery. The products and services themselves are provided by the shop or provider, who is responsible for their quality.
2. Your account
- You must register with your own mobile number and accurate details.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity on your account.
- We may suspend any account used for fraud or abuse.
3. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices and delivery fees are shown before you confirm an order.
- Payment is currently cash on delivery; any new payment method will appear in the app.
- You can cancel an order before the shop starts preparing it.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic or weather. You need to be at the address or name someone to receive the order.
5. Real estate
Real-estate listings are the responsibility of the office or advertiser. The "Verified" badge means we reviewed the advertiser, not a guarantee of the property itself. Check for yourself before any payment or contract.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use the app for anything illegal.
- Don't abuse captains, shops or the support team.
- Don't try to hack the app or harvest user data.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the service running well, but we can't guarantee it will never stop. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.
