Delete your Dayretak account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
From the app (fastest)
- Open the Dayretak app and sign in.
- Go to "Account" in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm — your account is deleted right away.
Don't have the app?
Message us from the number or email your account is registered with. We will confirm it is yours and delete the account.
What gets deleted
- Your name, mobile number and email
- All your saved addresses
- Your favorites and account settings
What we may keep for a while
- Order and invoice records that the law requires us to keep (no longer linked to your account), for no longer than Egyptian law requires.
How long it takes
From the app: immediately. Through WhatsApp: within 7 days at most after we confirm your number.
